The finished product is only part of the story. I have been lucky enough to have professors that prioritize process over product which pushes for trial and error based learning. There are many projects that I have not seen all of the way through, but what I learn about material or technique is cared with me into future projects. That is why I felt that this gallery needed a space on my website. As someone who mostly writes more than create physical art, process and progress is even more now an essential part of creating finished work that I am proud of.
